The U.S. government plans to sell a multi-million dollar mansion in Los Angeles, seized from the family of a former Middle Eastern politician accused of laundering bribes through the property. Initially listed for $65.8 million in 2022, the price was later reduced to below $45 million. The sale will be conducted at "the highest market price available."

California Gang Person Committed Murder In Ventura

A gang member from Southern California has been sentenced to 27 years in prison for the murder of a 14-year-old boy, Gabriel La Burnica, in 2013. Gardena Gang Affiliate Found Guilty of Murder

A 24-year-old gang member, Justin Arteaga, also known as "Hitta," was convicted on July 2 for the murder of a Gardena man that occurred nearly four years ago. Arteaga was found guilty of one count of felony theft and is associated with the Gardena 13 "trese" street gang, which is reportedly under the influence of the Mexican Mafia.

Assailant Allegedly Severely Wounds Adolescent

An assailant reportedly took the lives of five individuals and severely injured a teenager with gunfire at two apartments in Las Vegas, Nevada, according to officials. Law enforcement initiated a search for the individual, 57-year-old Erick Adams, before North Las Vegas police later confirmed on Tuesday that Adams died by suicide, as verified by investigators and hospital personnel.
