Lady Passed Away In San Diego County Correctional Facility

The family of Roselee Bartolacci, a 32-year-old woman who died in a San Diego County jail last year, has filed a lawsuit alleging negligence on the part of jail officials. The lawsuit claims that officials failed to address her declining health, which ultimately led to her death less than two months after her imprisonment. According to the lawsuit, Bartolacci had a history of mental illness and functioned at the level of an eight-year-old child, requiring supervision and support from her mother, Roseann Bartolacci.
